X-ray machines for 2 workplaces, comprising a tomographic X-ray table and vertical X-ray rack are normally used to perform X-ray and linear tomography of the organs of the chest, abdominal cavity and the osteoarticular system of a human in MPIs.
Image can be captured on a conventional X-ray film and on a digital detector, which can be used as CR-cassette systems with storage phosphors and a special digitizer or DR-system - flat-panel digital detector.
